my date tripped me at the finish line to finish the marathon?
He thought i was in awful shape cause i smoke and eat at Buffets regularly so when i was a few yards from the finish line he was in awe and decided to trip me for his own personal gain he didnt even bother to save me when people were trampling over me!.... he simply said "look i was doing you a favor i like those extra pounds on you." was he being sincere? does he love me?

IMHO, if he loves you that kinda behaviour isn't at all respectful.
If my boyfriend did some thing like that I'd initially be shocked & then really angry!
