Best guy for divorced, single mother to date?

Single guys that have never been married and don't have children don't seem to understand that my child is my first priority. Divorced men with children complicate things with their own visitation schedules and ex-spouses, etc. If you have any tips, preferrably based on experience, please feel free to share! (fyi - I only have one child, in middle school)
fyi - I am not looking for a man to find a husband or to support me. I am also on good terms with my ex-husband and he has visitation every other weekend.
