is it weird to change facebook/myspace dating status after 3 dates ?

A guy Im friends with and dont want to date has changed his status after our 3rd date.
He told me he has changed his myspace/facebook and when will i change mine to taken
Im p1ssed because now on facebook it links to my profile as dating me.
And now men i don like are confused if they click on his profile.
is this weird behavior ?

Three dates is a little too soon! You barely know him so you need to talk to him. One thing about dating should be open communication so start now. Good Luck!

why date him if you don't want to date him????
I'm confused. You need to tell him now that you don't want to date him before he assumes even more

I think that is a bit soon too. Tell him that your don't classify yourself as dating till you go on a few more dates.
