Currently am dating a single mother.

As a parent it has been burned on my brain to not even attempt to date a woman w/o children. They live a different lifestyle and have a completely different set of priorities. When you are a parent, your children come before your social life and when a phone call has to end quickly, the person on the other end of the line has to "get that."

When you have been puked on, peed on, pooped on, and helped a child recover from an ear infection, you aren't so into the mental games and high maintenance people in the dating world. You have a little sharper appreciation for the simple things and dating is more of a treat.
