You should decide whether your friendship is more important to you than dating some guy. Another approach is to ask your friend whether she would be okay with you dating or hanging out with the guy.

It's usually not a good idea to date friends ex's, but it's not unheard of.

ask your friend, unless they were DATING. if she just asked him out and he said no, then make sure ur friend is ok with it b4 you ask him.

ewwww! he just dumped your FRIEND.. not cool to date him..at least not right now.. and if you do it behind their back you are a taking a risk of losing that friend.
