What can I do to preserve my skin in a good conditions?

A good thing to do, is dip a cotton ball, in cold milk. Rub it on your face ina circular motion. You will find lots of dirt trapped in your skin cells. Repeat until the cotton ball is clean. Hope that helps.

I am an swimming coach and have to stay in the indoor pool at least for two to three hours for classes. After working for a month, I find my skin turn darker and there are some small black points in my arms. What's wrong? I always use normal shampoo and body cleaner to wash my hair and body, and then put some Johnson lotion on my body immediately after work. Arn't these enough? what else can I do to maintain my skin in a good condition as well as prevent diseas?
