| How to improve skin CONDITION (not just appearance)? I'm not really into pulling my skin into exciting new positions via surgery, paralysing it with botox, or making it temporarily plumper/shiner with expensive creams. I would actually like to improve my skin's health probably through diet although so it can be a little bit more glowy and maybe have a bit more elasticity if possible. What is the best way to do this? Obviously I know skin needs protection from external damage using sunblock, and anti-oxidants in one's diet. Does drinking lots of water actually improve your skin? I read that's a myth in fact. Any awesome articles online are of interest. I'm tired of sifting through ads when I use google. Not really interested in skin creams as I know they don't do very much in the long term except maybe Retinol a bit which I plan to try out. |
