why is it that only the people who was born in March suffer from skin conditions?

its true!!!the Dr. even said it!so i studied on people with skin condition!i was born on March 22.i have Eczema which is a skin condition that causes me to have marks on my body.its not a disease but a condition that some people get.mostly on March.i have bin noticing that the people who are born in March have skin problems!my teacher who's birthday was on March 20 suffers from eczema on her hand and feet.my friend who's birthday is on march 23 also has skin conditions.my friend,well his cousins birthday is on March but i don't know the day but he also suffers from skin conditions.that is weird!!!!a birthday on a month that causes skin conditions?how is this possible!!!!?please answer this.why on March?how?its only a month?how is it that only the people born on March suffers from skin conditions?i know you might be thinking that this is weird and hey i don't blame you but if you know why then please tell me!
