Jesse has a spectacular aura about
Do I have a skin condition?(REALLY itchy skin in heat)?

Well I've been having this problem for about 2 years now and it's REALLY annoying:

I get really itchy skin (and scalp) when I get hot or sweaty so excercising has become a real bother..

Maybe it was because I never applied lotion after I showered?

I don't show any signs of redness or heat bumps or anything, even though I get redness from scratching that area too much.
It's affecting much of my life right now like when my friends want to go to the gym with me and even from working in places outside.

Can you please help me to diagnose the problem so I can slowly, but effectively get rid of this once and for all?
Thanks alot!

it sounds like eczema but you should go to the dermatologist for a real diagnosis just in case. Oh yeah and if it is eczema you should try to keep from getting too hot or wearing thick clothes that can aggravate it or make it appear worse.
