counter strike - condition zero skins?

ok so i download these skins and it works... but!
i can only see the skins... no other players can see the skins
anyway to fix that?

No, because only you have the custom skin files... it's not a problem. Any time you have custom skins/models etc only YOU can see them because you have the custom files, not them.
