need help with a sudden skin condition plz?

im a 21 yr old male. in the past 2-3 years i have developed a differnt skin type...i now have dry sensative skin. before the 2-3 years my skin was more greasy and coated alot better and it wasnt sensative. i did take accutane at the age of 18 for cystic acne and that cleared up decently..i dont think accutane caused my skin to change tho? also during these 2-3 years i have stopped exercising on a daily basis due to my seditary job and such, so maybe thats the culprit? maybe exercvising kept everyhitng on track? who knows....so why did my skin all of a sudden change to dry and sensative i want it back to being greesy when it comes down to it..all input appreciated
