Can someone tell me what skin condition my friend has?

My friend asked me to help her ID what she has. she has been to two dermatologists and they don't seem to have a satisfactory answer for her, putting it down to her pregnancy although they can't describe the connection between pregnancy and her symptoms. all across her shoulders and her chest she is blanketed with small red bumps, like the biggest rash you ever saw. some of them have pus pustules at the tops, others don't, and they have just started to itch her like crazy although they didn't at first. i tried looking it up online but i am not sure what i am looking for. if someone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it.
