An allergic reaction?? skin condition?

Over the past few weeks i have been experiencing uncontrollable itching all over my body (like little invisible ants crawling and biting me every where). first it was just on my legs and i thouhgt it was because of shaving, but now its evrywhere like arms, back, palms, under my feet, etc. when i do scratch which is very hard not to i get these really bad scabs, or scratches (like scrapes). I try not to scratch, when i dnt that particular body part starts twitching, its getting to the point where i just wanna go to hospital or somethn, im even embarrassed to wear shorts!!!!!
