can anyone give me any advice on this skin condition and what can clear it...

...away or ' if ' it can be cleared ? iam waiting to see a dermatologist for a 2nd opinion after the first dermatologist was abrupt, dismissive and basically told me it was nothing and to go away and stop worrying - he didnt even do any investigations or nothing.

ive been to the sexual health clinic they gave me the all clear, the looked at my penis said the problem i had was normal, however if i was worried to go see my doctor/ gp.

my doctor examined me and said it did look ' unusual ' but he didnt think it was abnormal, this was before the first dermatology appointment where i saw the dismissive consultant.

the problem is and that ive had for a while is i have ' cracks / tears / breaks ' in the skin on the head of my penis, all over the head that are pronounced- im concerned because of how it looks- the head of my penis is also has spots of ' discolouration '.

throughout my life ive had vigourous sexual activity ive also for a long time been masterbating frequently over 10 times everyday, so im not sure if this has
anything to do with it or not, not sure if this has caused the cracking of the skin ?

i feel its become pronounced now and looks unsightly, i feel worried about whats caused it and whether the cracks can be cleared back to when the skin there was smooth..
nobody seems to know anything about it and im scared the next dermatologist might dismiss me as well telling me its ' nothing '.

at the moment im washing with aqueous cream and using e45 cream, only just started using the e45.


i also have other symptoms that im waiting to be investigated which is frequent urination, tingling, numbness in my limbs, stiff aching weak limbs/ muscles.

i seem to be urinating every half hour day and night.

ive started to get aching pains in my scrotum and groin area so ive stopped masterbating, i hope its due to the frequent masterbation.
does anyone know what these cracks/tears/breaks in the skin in my penis head are and whether they can be cleared up ?

please only answer if you have indepth serious advice as this stuff is worrying me.

im 30 years old now.
ive had diabetes test that have come back clear.

Hi There, The problem sounds serious, it also sounds like you've over used it and maybe the old fella needs a rest, just leave it alone for a while.
