help me I have a weird skin condition or something?

i have a skin condition or something I get red blotches all over my neck chest shoulders back my arms and my stomach these seem to occur when I am to warm when I am in the sun when Im cold after i get out of the shower, when i am nervious, scared, happy sad, anxious and when I have sex I dont understand it these little red dots are warmer then my body is I sweat really bad also I know it sounds gross but i dont know what to do please help if anyone has information this is making me crazy
