I'm interested in selling through a business that lets out small retail

space, for a percentage/rental fee. I've heard that some places let out small spaces to individual retailers, who stock the spaces themselves. All stock then goes through a central till and your total sales are added up and they charge a percentage fee from this. Not sure if this is called a co-op or not. How do I find out about these schemes in my area and does anyone know what they are called.
