Major in biology, minor in spanish, pyschology, and communications, public...

...speaking, sociology? I am really considering going to dental school, and i really like biology, but i also want dental schools to think i am well-rounded. So i was wondering what i should minor in. I am almost sure i want to major in biology, and then minor in AT LEAST one of the following subjects:
-Spanish (i think it would be cool to be fluent bilingualist, and it may open up more career options, plus it would help if i opened my own practice.)
-Pyschology OR Sociology (i am thinking pyschology b/c it's easier, and i think it would help me in biology, and i am not that great at speaking with people, which i want to get better at)
-Communications OR Public speaking (same as above, i want to learn how to speak to people, i know it sounds wield, but i am shy, and not too confident)
I want to minor in 3 of the above.
How hard will it be?

Also, if i minor in spanish, do you think i will leanr enough out of the class where i will be able to speak it fluently?

I am 16, sophomore in High school
