What should someone who doesn't want to live a normal life do after high school? :)? I'm graduating in two weeks and I am undecided on what I want to do. Here is what I am considering:1. Backpack Europe (only have around 3,000 USD)2. Move to Barcelona, Spain and work/party. But for English speaking Americans I am sure this would be difficult. 3. Join the military. Get in writing that I will be trained in my career choice and will have financial aid when going to college afterwards. 4. Stay in Arizona and work/party, wait a semester then go to a community college.5. Do volunteer work in some other country.6. Go on a walkabout in Australia. 7. Kill myself... Kidding :SI'm not interested in ever having a career. While I would like to be trained/learn about things in life that will help me in my purpose, that doesn't not mean I want to work/retire/die. I want to be an entrepreneur and create something. I like philosophy, economics, sociology, poly-tics, business, and investing. I'm an INTP. Although I love people (women!).Give me some ideas!

What should someone who doesn't want to live a normal life do after high school? :)? If you truly don't think your ready to head off to college and want to backpack, I'd go with that. I've heard of plenty of people going on a backpack trip for a couple of years and working abroad as they went along. With only $3,000, though, I'm not sure if that is the wisest decision since most of it would go to the ticket over there (depending on where you fly into). I'd say the military is another good option, but only if your really interested in it. I wouldn't go into it just for the benefits considering the situation of the world today. You could always joining the Navy, and that would provide you with more travel opportunities. Unless you join the Peace Corps (and it seems that they prefer people with a college degree), you usually have to pay to do the oversees volunteering. Just do research on each one and decide which is the best fit for you.

What should someone who doesn't want to live a normal life do after high school? :)? Travel is always a good idea if you can afford it. My sister traveled around the world for a year or so. she didn't do it after high school, after her divorce.
