What can you do with a degree in sociology?

I researched it last week, but I really couldn't find any clear answers.
I meant like, what kind of career can you get, or if you would have to go through more years of school....

The methods used in sociology are employed in most any industry that involves people. Government, universities, advertisement, anything that involves the traffic patterns, reactions, or needs of groups of people. Right now i believe that research is the biggest buyer of sociologists time. It can be a very interesting and rewarding career. To get into this field, you need at least an undergraduate degree such as an associates, or bachelors. But of course, the higher your education, the better chances you have of getting that great job.
