College sociology help?

For this assignment, I had to attend an event sanctioned by my college (I attended a couple basketball games and a Chelsea Clinton Q&A) and I must explain my reaction to the event and how it relates to the content of sociology. This paper has to be at least 4 pages. Any suggestions?

You could attempt to juxtapose the athletic contests with political contests and argue how society as a whole seem to reap the same or similar benefits from both and also often have similar reactions . By detailing your observations of fans at the games and the supporters at a political rally, you should easily be able to crank out a couple of thousand words. Good luck.

You could relate your observations of "cliques" at both events. Social hierarchy would be evident at both. You could relate to the particular culture and if there are any subcultures within these events. What are the social norms of both? Individuals particular statuses, roles and prestige. What are the group dynamics? Primary or secondary groups?
