customer database software Please help!?

Hello i am after a freeware software that is like an online form where i can select what products each customer wants to hire using drop down lists etc and give a total if possible i would also like it to store contact names and numbers i would like it to alert me closer to the date the software is something what i can achive with microsoft acess but this is not a best option. hmm i cant really explain it well i would reallllllllyy apreciate responses..
