What's the Apple software that makes light follow your finger called?

I didn't really know how else to explain this, it looks like the Sprint commercial. I saw somebody using Final Cut Pro, and they showed a video that utilized that software. I would also like to know if this is in FCE, or only FCP/FCS2.
