Personal Organization Planning Software?

I am a college student and I am trying to find 1 or more quality personal organization softwares to better aid in my fight for...well personal organization and against procrastination.

I have had a hard time through google finding something that is aesthetically pleasing while also offering everything I need.

Basically looking for:
To-Do List
Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Planner/Calendar. Can color code it, and add extra notes, etc etc.

Basically I am looking for windows vista's calendar thing but buffed up and expanded. I don't need to have options for finances or any of that other crap, but if it comes with the software you know of, no biggie. Price isn't an issue, I am just looking for some names of software to look into. Of course free is always preferred if it sizes up to what I am looking for.
