Simple TV software for computer?

I have an older P4 computer for some reason my ATI tv software would just not work any longer. So I need a very simple TV software solution I do NOT need pvr though just need to view tv using my cable box and my ati tv card.

i've had good experience with sagetv but its not free, if you wanted to use linux you could use mythtv
