Is there some kind of training software to mimic a real life squad car computer?

I am pursuing a career in law enforcement and i was wondering if there is some kind of software that simulates a squad car computer. One of which has dispacher information and various calls assigned. Im sure there is something out there but does anyone know a link. searched google for hours and couldnt find much.
