Software to allow clients to view website design progress, submit comments,

upload files, etc? I am a new freelance web designer out of college. Is there a type of software I can purchase that can be used as a means for my clients to login to a "client preview area" where they can see the progress of their website being designed (by me) and submit comments, upload pictures, etc)? I have looked at various CMS scripts, but they are WAY more complicated than what I need. I just want a simple way to colloborate with my clients on their project.
