Where can I download software for an EXT HD to play media (movies, music,

photos) w/o using a PC but a TV? Just bought a Storex Mpix 357 external hard drive media player and converted it from FAT32 to NTFS. Now movies will not play. I had removed all files before conversion. Overall want to install user-friendly software than basic one Storex provides if possible to do. Thxs!
