I need Computer help! so i scanned my comp w/ secureclean software and in the

temp files i found...? some files with the notepad picture and they said "cmls trace started at..." and they gave a time which was roughly around the time i turned my comp on. Does anyone know what that is, CMLS?
I typed it on yahoo and it came back with some website about e-mail tracing (www.cmlsglobal.ca/training_programs.html). Is someone spying on my computer? If so how can i stop those traces from running? Or can it be something less series?
