| I have a new Dell Inspiron 530 desktop using Windows Vista, I have installed new
AOL software to connect to... the internet using Broadband. I had a connection for a few hours.then kept receiving this message - "AOL will now install the files required for you to connect to the site. Click yes to install these files. you may be asked to restart computer, otherwise you will not be able to connect." I clicked yes, restarted the computer, got the same message, this went on and on. Has this happened to anyone else ? what do I do ? It happened on my last computer and I rang AOL, they just told me a load of tosh which didn't work .
