Why do software gaming companies jump up and down if you download it illegally?

Say you want Warcraft the original edition. It is not for sale in a games store as it is many years old. You cannot purchase it on blizzard.com.... so how else do you find this game and purchase it legally when it isn't available?

So why in the hell do software companies jump up and down? why is it illegal to download WHEN ITS NOT EVEN FOR SALE??

I want Heroes of Might and Magic 3 and obviously this is not for sale in a games shop. So where do I find it legally?

Software companies need to get their act together..

check on web, those games must be available somewhere. the money from the pirated games does not reach the companies thats why they do so.
