Piano music composition software With piano keyboard??

Where can I get some not too expensive software that you can write piano music with??
I want it to have a piano keyboard.

It needs to be able to write long and short things!

And it needs good sound quality

And I don't know if they don't come with this, but I want it to be able to make all types of notes ?? ect. as well as sharp and flat symbols.

I'd like it under $40 byt it it's just over that is okay,

It needs to be able to print

And it needs to have a sheet background with the lines and everything.

Obviously I've never bought or looked at anything like this, so if some of my needs are ALL THINGS COME WITH IT then o well.

This is for my sisters birthday, she can play by ear, and will be a nice step up from her little booklet!!
