| I loaded a spam software to clean viruses and lost yahoo mail archives and...
...contacts. Help!!? I added webroot software and used a virus scan. I think i erased necessary cookies yahoo requires. This caused my yahoo account to be disabled. I re-activated my account but the mail archives and contacts are gone. I then tried to restore my computer but this did not help. Please help. Is there a yahoo help line I can get answers? or better yet, a way in yahoo to restore my archives and contacts?
