Anyone know where to find a GOOD anti-virus software download for free?

I have more than viruses, I also have spy wear, and a bunch of other crap, but the only free stuff I can find only handles viruses

I think ClamWin is pretty good. It's one of the only open source antivirus programs (like firefox is an open source web browser). That means many developers can freely contribute, leading to generally faster bug and security hole fixes.
