Cant get past internet protection software?

im trying to log onto myspace or youtube but i got a new firewall or something on here today. Blue Coat K9 Protection. Ive tried deleting the program(need password). ive tried numerous proxy avoidance sites. tried ending the process. all i need to do is get on myspace and youtube.
