| How do i check my current hardware and software components of my Solaris OS?
Hello every one, I need to find out what hardware and software components I have on my Solaris OS. The computer is actually owned by the company I work for. I have been given the task to find this information. I think it must be similar to finding the specs of a xp os for example...like when you right click the My Computer icon, and then properties, and there shows the specs of the computer. But i need to do this for the Solaris OS i am working with. I am not sure if i need to type a code in the terminal or not. And if i need to be in as root log in, thats no problem. Thanks!
