Voice Changing Software, or voice changing device?

I am not about to do anything amoral (rob a bank, pull a prank, etc.) but need to save my backside. Is there an easy method to call a landline over the internet, while at the same time, incorporating voice changing software?

Where is voice changing software free?

Can a voice disguising device (voice mask) be added to a home phone? Is this feasibly accomplished in a 2 day period?

Try http://www.screamingbee.com/ There's a "junior version," which is very limited, but free. If you've Yahoo Voice, Skype, or something similar, that should handle your basics.
