| i recently received a logitech quickcam IM, and after i installed the software, i
restarted the computer...? and then it prompted me to plug in the camera. well, when i plugged it in, it said please wait while connecting. thats as far as it will go. if i just click next then it says its unplugged. it never does connect. i have 3 sisters who got theirs at the same time and it did the same thing to one of my sisters. it worked just fine for the other 2. they even tried to help, but it just doesnt work. what to do???

How long did you wait to allow it to connect. I know my Logitech cam did not connect right away, I had to wait a bit of a while for it to be detected. If it still doesn't work and you know everything is installed properly and it is fully compatible with your computer, perhaps you should return it for a new one or get a refund. Or, you could try downloading a software update for it. |
