Software to use with my keyboard?

I want to be able to play something on my keyboard and have a software package that will give me the sheet music for it and also allow me to change it some on the computer. Does anyone know whats good for that? The people at Guitar City wanted to sell me something that cost over 2 thousand dollars!!!!!!!!!!! My car didn't even cost that much
