I've currently installed LAME Mp3 encoder and it won't run as software on my pc

now. Any suggestions? I installed LAME Mp3 encoder and now it won't open! I thought I did everything right and I can't open it! Any suggestions, I have a Windows XP system and everything else is acting fine.

Also, I installed LAME as a component of Audacity, the file shortener. Thanks.
