NEED Recommendations for: User friendly, complete Small Farm Software

Management/Accounting? We need to keep track of all expenses and income involved in running our small farm. What I've seen out there is for large farms with a lot of junk on it that we don't even use... We need basic stuff kept track of such as: feed costs, livestock costs, livestock losses & income from sales of livestock, sales of products produced on the farm (such as beef cattle, goats, chickens, garden produce, eggs & honey).
We need to track $$ paid to hire farm labor as well as equipment purchases, rental, contract work (pay someone to gather hay in the field), etc...
Records on each animal...Mileage/Mantainence for farm vehicles, etc...

Does anyone know of a good, user friendly (for the non-accountant personality) software that will be able to assist during the year so filing taxes is much easier and 100% accurate?
