What is good DVD burning software? (Video file to DVD)?

I have some ripped DVDs that I would like to save onto a DVD...they fit fine as just data, but is there a good program to use to burn these files to a DVD that I could pop into a DVD player and watch?
None of them are straight-ripped DVD images, or else I'd have no problems - they're all xVid-formatted and such.
