| Why is Canon 350d white bal. info not avail. in Photoshop CS3 exif data??...
...Software is supported here, RIGHT? I am shooting pictures with a Canon 350d and the white balance information is not displayed in Photoshop CS3's EXIF data. It displays correctly in Canon's Zoom Browser. Has anyone else run into this problem? I have verified that the "White Balance" option is checked in the Metadata Preferences... Also, I've asked this question twice in the last half hour and it was deleted both times. I am looking for support with Adobe Photoshop CS3. Is this not allowed in this section of Yahoo Answers? At least answer this question and let me know that if it is the case.      |
