is there any detective software online as good as what the police departments use?

i would like to find out if there is a site out there that you can find out about people's background, addresses, ect. but i have
been told to be careful because alot of the internet detective software is not any good. does anyone know if there is one out
there that is almost as good as the ones that law enforcement use?

They have the national data base to fall back on along with just about everything else, so the chances of matching that are a bit slim.

There is no way you will be able to get all of the same info as LEO's. The info is stored on police databanks, and is not accessible to the public.

Try www.zabasearch.com, you have to pay for the information but I think you can get criminal history since it is technically public information.
