What's a software that can burn movies on CD/DVD with menus, like Windows DVD Maker?

Please don't say "Nero", a variant to Nero. I need a software that can help me burn videos (movies basically) to CDs or DVDs, in such a way that I can also create menus as well and personalize a bit of stuff. Any ideas? The best answer will get 11 points!
