Is there a software where i can take a youtube video and alter it with...

...features like slow motion? I am a high school pole vaulter and i am trying to look up videos to see what improvements i can make on my technique. Every video i find is either too fast, or from a bad angle, or something is wrong with it, so i was told to find a software where i could edit a good fast video into a good slow video, however i cannot find such a software.

If someone could recommend a software like this that i can download, that works for PC, is free, and easy to use, i would GREATLY appreciate it.

Side note, i am not very technical, have a PC, software needs to be free, and the main purpose for this is to clearly slow down youtube videos.
