software clean up is it safe to use?

hi dont know what program you have i use a free 1 called "ccleaner" free to download from file hippo or download.com this is a great program & FREE & allwas up dated highly recomend !!!

The only one I've used and trusted is Ccleaner it free and free of all spy ware. When you hit the net little files are downloaded to your computer so they can be displayed on your computer mostly called cookies. But some use a temp directory. Most are hidden away so there is a record of your searches on your computer. Some sites know this and use it to download small files that they can trace called spy ware or tracking cookies. They can pick up every time you have gone to one of there sites and get there own record. The cleaning programs such as Ccleaner or the one you said look in these places and try to clean them up.
