Is there a tool or software to see if your CPU was partially damaged by over

voltage? IntelQ6600 to be specifc I recently tried to overclock my Q6600, needless to say my motherboard was faulty, and failed to handle the voltage and fried one of the MOSFITS. Now I'm worried of some partial damage that the cpu might have expirenced that would cause the processor to run less than 100%. Is there any software or tools to determine if any of the little bits and peices inside the actual processor has been slightly damaged?
