I am looking for a free "Text to Speech" software.?

I am looking for a free "Text to Speech" software. Does anyone know which is best?
I am looking for a free "Text to Speech" software. It's for a relative who's eyes are failing. I was thinking this may be good for her to try. She has Windows XP.
