Can't you find software to emulate PS2 games on the PS3 40?

It would make sense, actually, seeings as you can get an emulator for your computer, and all it requires is a DVD-rom drive. The PS3 is capable of playing DVD's, and its capable of reading PS1 games, why couldn't you emulate PS2 with some software?
