Does anyone know of a software that will increase the BPM on my mp3 songs?

I have some songs that I'd like to speed up to say 140bpm.

Also, does anyone know of a software that will also perhaps join a group of songs together so that they don't stop after each song but rather continues to just flow together as one long song?
